I had not had my hair cut in 3 years because I was scared to go to a salon after all the bad cuts I had in the past, but I bit the bullet and decided that I finally wanted a change. When I first called I wanted a balayage but as the time grew closer my finances changed and was not able to afford such a service. I went in there with a budget and Izzy knocked it out of the park! I told her how much I could spend and an idea of what I wanted. Giving her creative freedom was the best decision I ever made. She gave me beautiful wine colored highlights and when she turned me around I just about cried tears of joy. It was the first time in a long time I felt pretty. I felt like me again and having that emotional moment was exactly what I needed. Izzy is not only talented and amazing, but super easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and confident the entire service. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone and everyone who isn’t sure about what they want or who have had bad experiences in the past.
